Delivering precision-engineered automotive parts
What Neograde is
NeoGrade is a company focused on restoring access to discontinued and hard-to-source parts.
We help solve a common problem in older vehicles, legacy machinery, and specialist equipment: one unavailable component can delay repairs, extend downtime, or make an otherwise valuable machine difficult to keep in service.
NeoGrade operates through two connected models. We keep selected parts in stock where repeated demand already exists, and we recreate other parts through reverse engineering, CAD reconstruction, and modern manufacturing when supply no longer exists.
We are based in Estonia and serve customers worldwide.
Why NeoGrade exists
Manufacturers stop supporting parts. Vehicles stay on the road. Machines stay in service. Equipment still needs to work.
That gap is where NeoGrade operates.
In many cases, the original part is discontinued, backordered, unavailable in the region, or only found through fragmented second-hand channels. For owners, workshops, and operators, the real problem is not the production method. The real problem is access.
NeoGrade exists to solve that access problem through stocked inventory, reverse-engineered replacements, and a growing catalog of parts that the market still needs.
What we do
NeoGrade supplies selected obsolete and hard-to-source non-safety-critical parts for older vehicles, machinery, and equipment.
Some parts are already available from stock. These are typically parts with recurring demand and known fitment. Other parts are assessed individually and reproduced when original supply is no longer practical.
Typical examples include:
- housings
- covers
- brackets
- mounts
- trim pieces
- interior plastics
- enclosures
- similar hard-to-source components
Our work may involve:
- stocking ready-to-ship parts
- part assessment
- scanning or measurement
- reverse engineering
- CAD modeling
- fitment-oriented redesign when needed
- modern production methods for replacement parts
The objective is straightforward: deliver a part that solves the problem in practice.
What makes NeoGrade different
NeoGrade is not positioned as a generic 3D printing service.
We are focused on restoring part availability. Sometimes that means the part is already on the shelf. Sometimes it means rebuilding it from a sample, dimensions, or reference data. In both cases, the customer value is the same: the part becomes available again.
That is an important difference.
Customers usually do not care which manufacturing method sits behind the result. They care whether the part is available, whether it fits, and whether it gets the vehicle or machine back into use.
NeoGrade also does not focus on safety-critical parts where failure could directly affect braking, steering, structural safety, or similar core systems. Our main focus is on parts where reverse engineering and supply restoration are practical and responsible.
Who we work with
NeoGrade is built for people and businesses dealing with aging but still valuable equipment.
This includes:
- vehicle enthusiasts
- restoration shops
- independent garages
- farmers
- forestry operators
- machinery maintenance companies
- marine retrofit businesses
- industrial operators
Some customers need an in-stock replacement for a known weak point. Others need help sourcing or recreating a part that no one currently supplies. Both are part of the NeoGrade model.
How we think about the problem
We believe older machines should not become useless because of one unavailable component.
In many sectors, the real issue is not total machine failure. It is small-part failure combined with weak supply. That creates avoidable downtime, unnecessary replacement costs, and wasted value.
NeoGrade approaches this as an availability problem first and an engineering problem second.
Modern tools make it possible to recreate many discontinued parts efficiently. Stocking proven-demand parts makes the solution faster and more scalable. Over time, the business becomes stronger not only through production capability, but through accumulated design data, fitment knowledge, and a growing catalog of already-solved parts.
That is where long-term value compounds.
Why customers choose NeoGrade
Customers usually come to NeoGrade for one of five reasons:
- the part is discontinued
- the part is hard to source reliably
- used options are inconsistent or poor quality
- downtime is too costly
- they want a faster solution from stock if one already exists
What they need is not a generic manufacturing vendor. They need a realistic path back to availability.
NeoGrade is built around that need.
Our position is simple:
- discontinued part problem
- stocked or recreated solution
- practical result
Our standard
A part should do more than exist.
It should be worth using.
That means focusing on:
- fit
- function
- practicality
- responsible part selection
- clear communication
- realistic feasibility assessment
- inventory where repeat demand justifies it
Not every part should be reproduced. Not every project is the right fit. We prefer to be clear about that early.
The goal is not to promise everything. The goal is to solve the right problems well, whether through stocked inventory or part recreation.
Based in Estonia. Shipping worldwide.
NeoGrade operates from Estonia and ships worldwide.
We work with a global problem. Obsolete parts shortages are not limited to one country or one industry. The same issue affects older vehicles, specialist machinery, agricultural equipment, industrial systems, and legacy platforms across markets.
That is why NeoGrade is built to serve internationally from day one.
