Terms & Conditions

Before a design enters the NeoGrade catalogue, both sides agree on the product, commission structure, and licensing terms.

The key conditions are:

  • You retain ownership of your designs. NeoGrade receives a non-exclusive licence to manufacture, market, and sell approved products based on them.
  • You must have the legal right to license every design you submit. To the best of your knowledge, the design must not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
  • You are responsible for the original design geometry and fitment information you provide. NeoGrade is responsible for manufacturing, material selection, production, fulfilment, marketing, and customer-facing sales.
  • NeoGrade may make technical production adjustments such as tolerances, print orientation, wall thickness, or material-related changes when needed for manufacturing. Material changes to the product’s appearance or intended function require designer approval.
  • Commission terms are agreed per product. Commission is calculated using the agreed MSRP stated in the partnership schedule, not the actual discounted selling price.
  • Commission applies only to completed qualifying sales. Cancelled orders, refunds, chargebacks, free samples, prototypes, and free warranty replacements are excluded.
  • There is no minimum sales guarantee or upfront payment unless separately agreed in writing.
  • NeoGrade handles pricing, discounts, marketing, ecommerce, fulfilment, payments, customer service, and returns.
  • Sales are reported monthly. Partners receive product-specific sales information and invoice NeoGrade for the commission due.
  • Design files and commercial information remain confidential and are only shared with people or service providers who need them for production and fulfilment.
  • Either side can end the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Existing finished inventory and already accepted orders may continue to be sold for up to 90 days, with commission still payable.

How much can I earn from my designs?

Earnings depend on the commercial terms agreed for each partnership. NeoGrade may use a fixed payment per qualifying sale or an agreed percentage of qualifying sales.

No. NeoGrade manages the ecommerce, payment, order, fulfilment, and customer-facing sales process.
Can I submit designs I have already created?

Yes. The programme is specifically relevant to designers who already have printable automotive part files that could be useful to other vehicle owners.
Are all submitted designs accepted?

No. Every design is reviewed before it can enter the NeoGrade catalogue. Designs may be rejected because of quality, printability, fitment, safety, intellectual property, or commercial considerations.
Who owns my design?

You retain ownership of your design. By joining the NeoGrade Design Partner Program, you grant NeoGrade a licence to use the approved design for manufacturing, marketing, selling, and fulfilling products based on that design.

You are responsible for ensuring that you created the design or otherwise have the legal right to license it for commercial use. Submitted designs must not knowingly infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
Can I submit designs for several vehicles?

Yes. Include all relevant vehicle makes, models, generations, and parts in your application.

We first review the vehicles and parts listed in your submission.

If the designs appear relevant to the NeoGrade catalogue, we will contact you for the files or additional technical information. We may then review fitment, printability, design quality, and commercial suitability before discussing partnership terms.

Submitting a design does not guarantee catalogue acceptance.
